Heart Snatchers Clothing Refund Policy

At Heart Snatchers Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

2. Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us a message here with your order number and details of the issue.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made by Heart Snatchers Clothing. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
